Assistant Manager - Office  

Full Time, experienced person required for the position of Assistant Manager at our main reception which is a busy holiday park with a variety of accommodation and activities. 

The position may be permanent for the right candidate. Accommodation is provided as some evenings you will be the site out of hours contact which involves answering the mobile number to any queries or issues guests may have. 

Applicants should have experience in a similar customer focused environment, strong customer service skills, a confident and friendly phone manner, smart appearance, excellent IT skills , fully conversant in all Microsoft packages and experience with online booking systems. 

Your role will be to support the park manager day to day and taking responsibility in her absence. You should be able to learn and adapt quickly to different tasks and situations and be confident and effective in managing customer expectations or any problems which may arise. 

The position requires 5 days per week 9am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday but some flexibility on days off will be required. Hours will differ on very busy days for eg 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm. 

Fluent English and driving licence are essential Contract length: Seasonal or Permanent 

Expected start date: Immediately

Full-time Chef

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar, Loch Tay Highland Lodges, Killin. In a stunning rural setting on the shores of Loch Tay, this newly refurbished restaurant offers Scottish classics and modern dishes using fresh local ingredients.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious chef to join our small team. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the following duties and responsibilities

  • preparation of a variety of dishes to an agreed specification
  • high degree of attention to detail
  • able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • level 2/3 food hygiene qualification preferred
  • placing orders
  • accepting deliveries
  • maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
  • occasional solo working

other responsibilities will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate

Servers and Bartenders 

Full-time and Part-time opportunities (15 – 40 hrs per week) £7.50 - £9.00 + tips
