Guest information regarding Coronavirus – COVID19

Updated 11th of May 2020

What is the latest from Largo Leisure Holidays regarding coronavirus?

In light of the latest UK Government advice regarding coronavirus, we have had to temporarily close all of our Parks and have therefore had to reschedule all arrivals from the 23rd of March until the 31st of May inclusive.

Currently bookings beyond the 31st of May 2020 at this time are unaffected for now. As more information becomes available from UK Government, we can advise accordingly.

We recognise that this will be disappointing news for many of our guests and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in these exceptional circumstances we are all experiencing.

Can I rearrange my reservation?

Largo Leisure Holidays is currently working on an ongoing basis in line with current government guidelines. At present, we are re-scheduling guests whom were due to arrive between 23rd of March 2020 to 31st of May 2020. If you have an arrival in June 2020 and you wish to reschedule your booking due to COVID19 please email us at info@lochtay-vacations.co.uk

If I pay my balance for a future booking and you are still closed would I get a reschedule?

If you have a booking or make a booking with us after the 31st of May 2020 and you have already paid or are intending to pay the balance in full. If we have to extend our closure period to include your dates, we would be able to offer to reschedule your booking to later in 2020 or 2021. Currently we are unsure about this, these events are run and managed by Tay Fitness and we are awaiting more information from them. Once we re-open it is expected that we will follow government guidelines and more information will be available soon.

What extra steps are you taking in regards to re-opening for guests?

Our Managers at all our holiday parks are taking proactive measures to ensure an elevated standard of hygiene and cleanliness and processes to aid social distancing ready for when we re-open.

Will public spaces, activities & restaurant be open?

We have taken the necessary action to temporarily close our onsite facilities currently. Once we re-open it is expected that we will follow government guidelines and more information will be available soon.

Can Holiday Homeowners visit the parks during this period?

Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays.
